I was torn when I found the truth.
Your heart belonged to another,
What was I to do?
I cried tears of lamentation,
And in my desperation,
I still see you.
I'll hold on to you forever.
There's still much more to endeavor…
You took my hand in yours,
Now I won't let it go.
This isn't what I planned,
But I just want you to know…
I'll always be your friend,
I'll be there till the end.
I will gladly be your comforter,
Even if I cannot be your lover.
It still hurts to think about you,
Not by my side.
Even in the wake of this pain,
It will not deride…
I'm never giving up on you.
All I wish for is your happiness,
And I don't care with who.
Because the undeniable truth is this;
I STILL LOVE YOU.

My 10th poem/song lyric/thing. I'm kinda out of the funk I was in... kinda. Found somthing to keep me going though all this... hope. I'm still not going to talk about what was bothering me, for those who needed to know, do. I should really be sleeping... its 6:50 AM! Was kinda inspired, and had no choice.
I'm actually gonna dedicate this one to a few people...
